Scaling point-of-care anaemia screening in antenatal care: an implementation evaluation

Abstract

We evaluated the implementation of point-of-care anaemia screening across 18 antenatal clinics, examining fidelity, reach and the health-system factors that shaped adoption. Findings highlight the importance of supply-chain reliability and provider training in scaling diagnostic innovations within routine antenatal care.
